What Is Shamanism?

Shamanism or Samanism is a religious practice that involves a practitioner interacting with the spirit world through altered states of consciousness, such as trance.

I use drumming to deepen my "trance", or meditative state of consciousness.

I fell in love with Shamanic journeys when Lena Swanson guided her students on a journey to meet our power animals during her coursework for animal communication. I had such a profound experience that I knew I needed to share it with whomever I could, and so I did the work and became a Shamanic practitioner! I am very passionate about the belief that we humans should know our

power animals in order to fully open up to our ultimate potential in

anything we set our minds to doing. It truly is a life-changing experience if one is open to the journey.

I also use journeying to assist with healing for my clients, and have found the results to be very affective for those who are open to the journey.

All of my journeys are done via Zoom video calls. I use drumming as my tool to help the sojourner in deepening their meditative state. Journeys themselves typically last about 15 minutes on average, and the calls can last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The call begins with some explanations and discussion, then a brief guidance on what to expect. Then the journey, then we discuss the journey experience, and I intuitively assist in translating the symbolism of the journey.
In order for this to be successful, Sojourner MUST be in a quiet, uninterrupted space of comfort in order to fully relax into their journey.

You will need a comfortable space, a glass of water, a pen and paper for this experience.
