By scheduling and/or paying for any services offered by Annie DiMattia or any entity partnering with Annie DiMattia, on behalf of Annie DiMattia, you are confirming that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service.

Further, you confirm that you understand, agree with and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed in any spiritual or metaphysical reading.

3. Privacy is important! The information provided by, or communication with, me is for the client only.

4. I am neither a doctor nor a veterinarian. Therefore, no information discussed within any reading or session is intended-to, or and should ever, take the place of any professional services (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

5. I accept no liability for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with me.

6. You agree that you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without written permission from me.

7. Payment & Cancellation Policies:
    - Readings are scheduled and paid for in advance. Payment is appreciated at time of scheduling to hold the appointment. I currently accept PayPal, Venmo and Cash  App.
    - Sessions may be cancelled with 100% refund if the cancellation is received by me with a 48-hour-minimum notice.
    - Any session cancelled due to non-emergency and with less than a 48-hour-minimum notice (received by me) is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
